1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WombWiseWay (the "Service"), operated by Amrita Zaffino / sssh.ca ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WombWiseWay provides:

• A free hormone health assessment tool for educational purposes.
• Educational wellness resources and guides.
• A paid Bloom membership (CA$14.99 one-time) providing full access to the Steaming Calendar, daily anointing rituals, Qigong movement practices, thermal therapy education, and the complete resources library.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription. Users between 13 and 17 may use the free assessment with parental consent. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• The Bloom membership is a one-time payment of CA$14.99. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Access is granted immediately and is lifetime.
• Payment is processed securely through GoDaddy Commerce. We do not store your payment card details.
• All sales are final. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, no refunds are issued. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the Service, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on WombWiseWay — including text, graphics, assessment questions, steaming protocols, herb recommendations, and educational guides — is the intellectual property of Amrita Zaffino / sssh.ca and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for your own wellness practice is permitted.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share, resell, or redistribute paid subscription content.
• Attempt to circumvent the subscription paywall by technical means.
• Misrepresent our content as medical advice to others.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from the assessment will be accurate for your specific health situation. See our full Medical Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amrita Zaffino / sssh.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
